Seven Days in the World

I have done a few crits like that in the summer programs that I have done. Everyone has like their own little section where they display their work then you go around the room and each person talks about what they did their inspiration etc. and the teachers give suggestions. Some of the things they say are a little hard to take; they teachers get kind of made at you if you defend it though I have noticed. Maybe that's just the teachers that I have done crits with. I can relate to the story too in that when you have a big crit like that with a large class it get REALLY boring and hard to pay attention. I would have like doodle in my sketchbook sometimes. I am sure I will have plenty of crits like in the packet at Parsons, but it can be helpful.
